Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services provided by Tiffany Powers Healing LLC (“us”, “we” or “our”), including but not limited to our website, products, classes, sessions, and associated websites and applications. By using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility Use of our Services is void where prohibited. By using any of our Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years old or older, or if you are under 18 years old then you have parental/guardian consent to use our Services.

Content Accuracy & Intellectual Property Rights We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the content on our services is accurate; however we do not guarantee accuracy at all times. All content contained within our Services is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights held by us or a third-party licensor unless otherwise stated in writing. The trademarks and logos used on our Service are owned or licensed by us; no permission from us should be implied when using these marks without written authorization from us.

Disclaimer Our Services are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from your use of the Service, either directly or indirectly including but not limited to outdated information or errors in content posted on the Service. You understand that it is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information available through our Services before relying upon it for personal decisions, investments, etc.; opinions expressed via our services may be based upon personal experience or knowledge but we shall not be liable for same; decisions taken based upon such opinion shall remain solely yours as we will not provide any guarantee/warranty relating thereto so exercise due caution before making decisions based on such information shared via the Service(s).

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tiffany Powers Healing LLC against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, etc., arising out of your use of the Service including but not limited to content violation claims against us caused by inappropriate actions taken by you whilst using our Service such as copyright infringement violations caused directly through your activities whilst using our Service; we reserve the right to assume exclusive control over defense in such cases at your expense.

Termination We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately without prior notice for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to breaching these Terms & Conditions agreement or applicable law/regulation/guidelines issued from time to time; upon such termination, the user must immediately stop accessing/using the service otherwise it will constitute further breach which may lead to legal proceedings against him/her due to unlawful usage after termination took effect..

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Indian Laws only constructive natural-language processing (NLP) models without violating their privacy policy standards outlined in accordance with applicable law(s).

When you purchase any service or class from Tiffany Powers Healing LLC and myself, Tiffany Michelle Powers, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

We are not medical professionals and our services do not provide a substitute for medical care in humans, children, or animals. Nor can our services diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness.

We are not responsible for decisions made by you during or after any spiritual service or class concerning your health or life in general; your child’s health or life in general; or your pet’s health or life in general.

All communication between us – via text, email, and any social media platform – is confidential. The same applies to your name and phone number.

Information shared during our session must not be repeated or replicated as your own.

Results for you, your child/children, and/or your pet cannot be guaranteed.

If you cancel on the same day of the session you will be considered a no-show; if 15 minutes or more late then the session will automatically be deducted from the time paid for – with no refund – OR money paid for the session will be lost altogether.

Payment must be made upon scheduling; otherwise, the session cannot take place. If payment is not received within 1 hour of scheduling, the session and invoice will be canceled.

Sessions are per person only (unless otherwise noted). If additional individuals wish to attend there is an additional charge per person attending.

No refunds are offered on services or classes purchased unless expressly stated otherwise by Tiffany Michelle Powers & Tiffany Power Healing LLC staff. This applies to previously purchased sessions/classes AND any that may arise through a trade of services agreement too!

All packages expire according to their respective expiration date(s).

Clients are not allowed to ask administrative staff questions that require intuitive responses nor receive coaching from them in any way shape form whatsoever – this must come directly from me (Tiffany Michelle Powers) only!

Any conduct that is deemed discourteous or unprofessional towards Tiffany Powers or any member of the staff at Tiffany Powers Healing LLC shall result in a prohibition from accessing our services.

Privacy and confidentiality of talks between yourself AND Tiffany Power Healing LLC must remain respected at all times.

All rules & regulations set forth by Tiffany Powers Healing LLC must be adhered to without fail; decisions made by staff member remain final with no ability to reverse/amend them in any way Should any violations criminalized penalties may result including but not limited to permanent banning from working with myself (Tiffany Michelle Powers) & all associated members of aforesaid company

Going overtime allocated for the session(s) results in immediate charges being incurred inclusive but not limited to texts, messages received across social media outlets + emails, etc… Costs associated with non–session time communication must then be settled within 1 hour – failure resulting in immediate consequences up including potential banishment from the aforementioned company

By scheduling a session, you accept and confirm your agreement to follow all of the terms and conditions described above.
