Applicability to Current & Past Clients
These Terms, Conditions, and Disclaimers apply to all past, current, returning, and future clients of Tiffany Powers Healing LLC and Tiffany Michelle Powers, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By continuing to engage with, book, purchase, communicate with, or receive services after the publication of these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms govern all past, present, and future interactions and services.

Eligibility
You are 18 years or older, or have parental/legal guardian consent.
Nature of Services
All services are spiritual, intuitive, educational, and experiential in nature. Services are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, business, or veterinary advice, and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition in humans, children, or animals. Services are not a substitute for licensed professional care.
Emotional Responses, Emotional Distress & Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that spiritual, intuitive, coaching, manifestation, and transformational work may surface strong emotions, memories, beliefs, realizations, or internal conflict.
You knowingly and voluntarily agree that any emotional response or emotional distress experienced before, during, or after sessions is your own responsibility. You assume all emotional, psychological, and energetic risks associated with participation. Tiffany Powers Healing LLC and Tiffany Michelle Powers are not responsible or liable for emotional distress, discomfort, anxiety, grief, sadness, anger, confusion, or psychological responses that may arise. These services are not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.
If emotional distress occurs, you agree to seek support from a licensed mental health professional or other qualified provider.
Free Will, Timelines & Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that you have free will and make your own life decisions. Your choices, actions, beliefs, and behaviors may alter outcomes, timelines, and any intuitive or spiritual insight provided. Timelines are fluid and not guaranteed.
If a reading or session does not align with your lived experience, you acknowledge this may be due to your own choices or changes in circumstances.
Manifestation Disclaimer
Manifestation outcomes are not guaranteed. If manifestation work does not produce a desired result, you acknowledge that this is due to your own beliefs, actions, timing, choices, or free will and not the responsibility of Tiffany Powers Healing LLC.
Relationship Disclaimer
You acknowledge that Tiffany Powers Healing LLC cannot force, control, influence, or bring a specific person or partner back into your life and does not interfere with another individual’s free will.
Client Responsibility & No Dependency
You are solely responsible for all decisions and actions taken before, during, or after sessions. Results are not guaranteed.
You agree that services are guidance-based only and that you will not rely on sessions as a substitute for therapy, crisis support, or professional care, nor develop emotional dependency.
Business & Financial Disclaimer
Any business, career, financial, or investment insight is provided for educational and spiritual purposes only. We are not licensed business, legal, financial, or investment advisors. You are solely responsible for all related decisions and outcomes. No income, profit, or business success is guaranteed.
Confidentiality
All communications are confidential. Session content may not be shared, reproduced, taught, or represented as your own.
Payment & Scheduling
Payment is required at booking. Sessions are per person only unless otherwise noted.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Same-day cancellations are no-shows. Arriving 15 minutes or more late may result in reduced session time or forfeiture without refund. No refunds unless expressly stated in writing.
Conduct
Unprofessional, abusive, manipulative, threatening, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund. All decisions by Tiffany Powers Healing LLC are final.
Overtime & Communication
Communication outside scheduled session time may incur additional charges and must be paid within one hour of notice.
Intellectual Property
All content remains the property of Tiffany Powers Healing LLC and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
Indemnification & Attorney’s Fees
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tiffany Powers Healing LLC and Tiffany Michelle Powers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or legal actions arising from your use of the Services.
If you initiate a legal claim or dispute and do not prevail, you agree to be responsible for all legal fees, court costs, and attorney’s fees incurred in our defense, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Mandatory Arbitration, Costs & Waiver of Jury Trial
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Texas.
You waive the right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action. You agree to be responsible for arbitration costs, filing fees, and expenses related to claims brought against Tiffany Powers Healing LLC, including costs associated with our defense, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The arbitrator may award fees and costs consistent with this agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Tiffany Powers Healing LLC and Tiffany Michelle Powers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or emotional losses arising from use of services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
