Jonathan Bates: 00:02 Okay. Welcome Tiffany.

Tiffany Powers: 00:05 Thank you. Thank you. So Much.

Jonathan Bates: 00:08 So excited.

Tiffany Powers: 00:10 Yeah, me too. I’m excited to let everyone know about me and my businesses and what I’m doing and I feel excited.

Jonathan Bates: 00:18 Yeah. This is what, that’s exactly what this is about. So can we start off with just a little bit about you, where you’re, where you’re at, where are you from?

Tiffany Powers: 00:26 Sure. So I, so currently I’m, I have an office in Austin, Texas. I live a little bit outside of Austin, um, and kind of a country or a country area in Texas called Leander. Um, which is funny. I never, ever thought I was going to end up in Texas, but you never know, you know where you’re going to end up. So I’m originally from the Midwest and my family is from Detroit, Michigan in the suburbs. So I’m a very Midwesty person. Um, and I, I really, um, I have a lot of those really core Midwest values and I really like to bring that into my business and I just think it’s really important to connect with people. And there’s just a certain, you know, friendliness and a certain energy, like when you’re in the Midwest. And it’s just really important to me. So I always kind of bring that with me no matter where I live.

Jonathan Bates: 01:22 Yeah. I wouldn’t have related Detroit as the Midwest, but yeah.

Tiffany Powers: 01:25 Yeah. You wouldn’t?

Jonathan Bates: 01:31 Yeah, I’m not from there. Sorry, I just didn’t think about that. You know, Detroit’s always whatever Detroit is, you know?

Tiffany Powers: 01:36 Yes, yes, yes. Well, I really, I really connect a lot with it because when my family came over, you know, I, I, my family is extremely Polish and I really resonate a lot with it because my, when they came over, they lived in the Polish neighborhoods and they just, you know, they started their lives from scratch and just extremely hard workers and just, you know, visionaries. And I always think about them because I’m so grateful that they took a risk and you know, came from another country, came here and moved to Detroit and hustled. And it’s like, if they had never done that, I wouldn’t be where I am today. So for me, it’s, it’s like a very, you know, emotional connection to that.

Jonathan Bates: 02:16 Yeah. Of course we’re generation wasn’t the, came over.

Tiffany Powers: 02:20 Um, so it was my, my grandmother, um, was born over in Poland and then they moved here I think shortly after she was born.

Jonathan Bates: 02:29 Yeah. And it’s amazing how, yeah, that’s actually an advantage. No, a lot of people, especially in Americans take advantage take for granted the opportunity here. They just don’t think about it. But you had a family like yours that took a risk and kind of came over, you know, they put the extra effort into it that’s required to be successful, you know what I mean? And then they taught that to you. So that’s awesome.

Tiffany Powers: 02:56 Oh yeah, no, it’s totally a gift. I think about it a lot because it’s like I have a really strong work ethic and I just feel like it’s really important to be dedicated and committed and just do everything with your heart. And I know it totally comes from that side of the family. And also I’m a really big risk taker, you know, when it comes to business. And I think that that’s really important when you’re an entrepreneur. And again, I feel like that’s really connected to my family too, because it’s like they were willing to take the risk and they were able to give me this gift to be here. They were, you know, living in Texas and being, you know, an entrepreneur. Right.

Jonathan Bates: 03:31 Yeah. No, that’s awesome. And it’s cool that you identified as part of your DNA.

Tiffany Powers: 03:35 Yes.

Jonathan Bates: 03:42 Speaking of that, you know, we’re talking about family. Can you tell us about your kids and Family

Tiffany Powers: 03:47 sure. So we have a beautiful blended family. I have a fiance and then we have four kids together. Um, and I’ve got to look at three step kids and I’ve gotten my son. Um, so my youngest son, he’s four and he is a little leader, extremely smart. Um, you know, just amazing. Um, and then we have, uh, Jeremy’s 10. We have JD, he’s 15, and then we have Joseph and he’s 19, and we have all boys. So I’m the girl and then, um, you know, three of them live with us and then the oldest one does not, you know, we, we visit with him cause he’s, you know, he’s older, he has his own life, you know. Um, but yeah, my family is extremely important to us and you know, everything we do, you know, as for our children and even like my businesses, my why, you know, it’s to basically give the kids an opportunity when they’re older. Like maybe they’ll want to work for us. And my fiance, he’s an entrepreneur here in the Austin area and he’s a builder. So we’re always thinking of, you know, how can we move forward to create an opportunity for our kids and like a legacy or you know, something like a, it’s an organization or whatever we want to do. We want to do these things to help our kids. So we’re trying to like show them that by what we’re doing in our work ethic.

Jonathan Bates: 05:08 Right. Yeah, that’s super important. I think that everybody in this group agrees with you. They’ve moved beyond the, I want to make money, I want to leave a legacy stage.

Tiffany Powers: 05:18 Absolutely. Yes. Absolutely. Yeah. Yeah. That’s awesome. So right outside of Austin,

Jonathan Bates: 05:25 is it a pretty country region or is it?

Tiffany Powers: 05:29 Um, well, so, uh, Austin is amazing for us to, you know, keep Austin weird. Have you been to Austin before?

Tiffany Powers: 05:38 So Austin, I really, I really enjoy being downtown. If they have amazing food here, amazing music, it’s a beautiful place. It’s a nice place to visit. Um, I really, I love being downtown, like I said, and then we’re at like, we’re about 30 minutes outside of Austin, so yeah, it’s pretty country. I mean, there’s not a lot here, but it’s, uh, it’s, you know, it’s kind of a slower paced lifestyle as well, which is a little bit, you know, different, but, uh, but no, I think I enjoy it. Like I never thought I’d ever be here, but I’m always open to what’s showing up for me. So, you know, why not?

Jonathan Bates: 06:13 Yeah. Then all the bands around, is that Dallas that

Tiffany Powers: 06:20 um, the river, it might be the river walk. It’s peaceful there too. We would visit there recently, but it’s a couple hours away from us.

Jonathan Bates: 06:30 Okay. Yeah. No, I was thinking that Austin, I think outside of Nashville Music area, you know, where even when you’d want to go in and hit it off it

Tiffany Powers: 06:40 absolutely. Yeah. Yeah. We, um, yeah, it’s really, and lots of amazing artists will come in and they do some amazing things here, which is cool. And they also have a lot of, um, you know, concerts when all the time where you can just, just go to a local bar or restaurant. They’ll have people every weekend, which is really fun too.

Jonathan Bates: 06:57 Yeah. That’s awesome. Well, that sounds fun. And you spoke about it, you know, when we’re talking about your family and stuff like that, so the sounds like, you know, being able to take risks and work hard, the work ethic, you know. Do you have any other core values that you’d like to revolve your, you know, what you’d like to teach your kids and what you’d like to revolve your business around?

Tiffany Powers: 07:18 Sure. Um, I think, well one of my other biggest things is like a core value for me is connecting with people and customer service and um, you know, just really having a deep care and compassion for others. Cause I really seriously care like everybody that I work with, they know how much I care about them and how much you know, their journey means to me and how committed I am to their growth. And just, you know, being there for them and being present for them because I believe that if you have someone in your life that can care about you, that can be your cheerleader, I feel like anybody can do anything. So I really want to provide that for my clients. But I also feel like that’s important to do for your kids as well. And it’s important for your children to see that so that they can go out there and be good people and provide that kind of care. And if you’re doing that in your company, your clients are going to adore you and they are going to, you know, develop a great relationship with you and they’re going to send a bunch of people to you. So it’s just gonna really help to build your company too.

Jonathan Bates: 08:22 Right. That’s awesome. That leads into the next question is what, what’s the, what do you do?

Tiffany Powers: 08:31 What do I do? Okay. So I’m, I have two companies. My, my main company, um, Tiffany Powers healing LLC. That one I’ve had for about nine years. Um, and then we just recently changed the name of it, um, and got it all registered in Texas and everything a couple of months ago. Um, so that business is basically doing a lot of intuitive work, clients, a lot of healing work, a lot of coaching. Um, and you know, a lot of the, basically the clients that I’m working with are usually entrepreneurs and business owners and they’re hiring me to come in to assist them with how, you know, basically, um, I think you called it the soft, what is it? The soft stuff in business. Yes. The soft skills. So I’m coming in and you know, if they need someone to talk to, I help them, you know, through issues. I helped them with boundaries.

Tiffany Powers: 09:25 I helped them with, you know, recognizing, um, I was on a call the other day of like, you know, somebody that was like working really hard to build her business and she’s doing an amazing job, but we needed to make a plan to help her to have self care because she was getting so drained. So I help people with that. Um, and also identifying and resolving blockages that they might have that they may not be aware of. Um, which could be stuff from childhood or you know, whatever is coming up. So I do a lot of, um, you know, holistic healing and coaching and energy work with my clients. And they also will sometimes hire me to work with their, um, other, you know, employees or team members and help them to release flux as well. And that is amazing because it helps them to focus on more of what they need to focus on instead of having to solve all these different problems with their employees.

Tiffany Powers: 10:15 So they have, will have me work with them to help them to be the best that they can be. And then it gives them a break and then they feel like, oh my God, I can breathe, are, you know, focused on selling or whatever they want to focus on. Um, and then I also will get hired into help with like relationship stuff, family stuff and helping couples to be able to communicate better and just have, um, a better expression of love with each other. So it’ll be interesting because I’ll, you know, I’ll work with like a husband and wife, entrepreneurial team business wise, and then they’ll say, hey, can you work with us with our relationship? And I’m like, heck yeah, let me do it. You know, and kids as well. Like I work with children as well, so I can kind of do it all. Um, and I just, it’s my passion basically to help people to learn how to trust themselves, learn how to use their own intuition and to be empowered and just to have like great boundaries, have peace and kind of like cut toxic things off that are going on, like in business or in their lives,

Jonathan Bates: 11:16 you know, connectivity. It’s always about the personal, such relationship and not being alone. That helps move me to the next level.

Tiffany Powers: 11:27 Oh my. Yes. And when my clients invest in coaching or healing with me, I’m like shocked by what happens. Even just in a short amount of time. It’s like they’re starting their own company or you know, they’re making hundreds of thousand dollars more and like a couple months and they’re like, you know, what the heck is going on? I’m like, well, you know, you did your work, you’re doing amazing. You know? And Yeah. And I think for me in my past, I didn’t always have people there for me that were like, I believe in you and you know, keep going. So I had to do that for myself. So I just know how important that is. And that’s why it, that’s why I’m so passionate about what I do.

Jonathan Bates: 12:04 Yeah. That’s awesome. That’s great. Definitely need that support.

Tiffany Powers: 12:09 Yes. Yes. I was going to say yes. So it’s not, it’s kind of like a, it’s almost like a new thing in business to invite people like me into companies and, um, and I just feel that, you know, intuitive healers and coaches can be a huge asset to huge companies, smaller companies, startups, and you know, we can really help to see things maybe that you’re not seeing, help you to resolve blocks faster. Um, there’s a lot of things we can do. So it is, it’s funny cause when sometimes people hire me that’s, it’s kind of like an experiment. They’re like, okay, you know, this feels right to me. Let’s just do it. But then the results are amazing and they’re like so glad that they did.

Jonathan Bates: 12:48 Yeah. Stuff like that with that sort of thing.

Tiffany Powers: 12:54 Yes. Yes. So, um, I had been hired by other leg, basically politicians from other countries to work with them and work on their inner blocks are their struggles. And sometimes they might ask me different questions. You know, or they might want more insight into things. Um, but yeah, I help them to, um, kind of identify what their blocks are and work through things and then if they can always ask me like in true to things as well.

Jonathan Bates: 13:21 Yeah. No, that’s great. I think leads into the self care part is so important to you and that’s how you got into the next business that you have.

Tiffany Powers: 13:30 Yes, yes. So I feel that, you know, that’s one of the biggest things that comes up. It’s like when I’m working with clients, like we can make money, we can, you know, create, we can do all these things, but are we taking time for ourselves? Are we loving ourselves? Are We, you know, getting fried or burned out, which a lot of entrepreneurs they are like totally are. Um, so the other ms decide created Tiffany Powers enterprises LLC. This one is a keto a business. And I was sick and had a lot of health issues and extremely overweight and, um, I could barely get out of bed because I was so sick with Epstein Barr virus, which makes you extremely tired and fatigued. I was searching for answers. I was looking, I was researching, I was praying. I’m like, please, you know, can something just help me. And I kept seeing this Keto, this Keto, Keto, Keto

Tiffany Powers: 14:21 And then I just kept, you know, kept coming to me and I finally decided to do it. Um, and then as I went on, um, you know, lost a huge amount of weight and then got my life back, my energy back, I was shocked by how amazing this Keto Diet is. Like, I’m like, oh my God, this is amazing. Um, but there were some things that I wasn’t crazy about that I wanted to tweak and make it my own. So through that process of healing myself and working on that and making my health a priority, am my eating a, I, um, created my own meal plans. I created my own kind of like, um, I do more of a high protein Keto. So it’s a little bit different than what other people are doing. And then I also am in the process right now of developing a program online where people get, can get certified where they can do this as well.

Tiffany Powers: 15:09 Cause I thought, you know, this was such a great add on opportunity for me. Wouldn’t it be cool if I could just have this as a business and packages up, package it up and say, here you go, you start your own business, you can be an entrepreneur. So that’s what I’m working on right now. I just want to be able to give others that opportunity as well. Um, so that they can go on and do that. Cause I just think that Keto is so amazing and I feel like, yes, it’s trending right now, but it’s probably going to be something that is going to be here for a while and continue to move forward. So it’s a great time to do something like this. Right. Well you definitely look good.

Jonathan Bates: 15:43 Um, can you explain what Keto is? Just a little bit for everybody who doesn’t know.

Tiffany Powers: 15:47 Sure. So for Keto, it’s um, it’s basically eating in a way where you push your body into ketosis. All of us are glucose dominant usually, but you eat under 20 net carbs usually. And then you eat. Like for my, the one I have, it’s like healthy proteins like meats and seafood and they’re young mind. Um, no, no milk but dairy. And then we don’t eat like sugar, we don’t eat grains, we eat vegetables and we eat in a way where it reduces inflammation. It gives you tons of energy and it just, it’s amazing what it can do for you. I did it for the weight loss and the energy, um, and it’s, it’s really not hard to do. And then I also, I do a lot of intermittent fasting where it’s, or you’re fasting for multiple hours of the day and I find that to be amazing and just transformational for people.

Jonathan Bates: 16:41 The first thing that goes off the table when you have, uh

Tiffany Powers: 16:46 I’ve learned that lesson a few times and that’s why I was, that’s why I got sick because it was, you know, I was, I had just had a baby, I was very stressed and he was premature. So it’s like, yeah, I mean everything was about him. And then I was running my company at the time, so it was just crazy and yeah. And I’m like, something has got to change. So that’s why Keto was so strong for me and I’m like, oh my God, I’d have to give that gift to other people. So right now my genre. The group of people I’m working with are usually like moms or women. Like I would say like forties and fifties. A lot of more entrepreneurs are just really busy moms, so I’m like maybe these meal plans that could be very easy for people to do when they’re busy.

Jonathan Bates: 17:29 Yeah. Well Great. Well let’s go through this one. So you just identified pretty ideal customer for, for the, what was it Tiffany incorporated?

Tiffany Powers: 17:41 Which one? The healing one or the Keto?

Jonathan Bates: 17:47 Keto

Tiffany Powers: 17:47 Keto is Tiffany Powers Enterprises. Yes.

Jonathan Bates: 17:49 Tiffany Powers Enterprises. And then so ideal customer right now is the entrepreneurial woman, the busy mom. Any other, uh, ideal customers for that one?

Tiffany Powers: 17:59 Yeah, I mean, I hope with some men, I mean you can also be like couples that want to do it together. That seems to work really well. Like if the wife is doing it and then she gets her husband to do it and then she can make all the food for the kids as well. And then just if they want to add an extra carby stuff they can for the kids. Um, but yeah, that’s usually, that’s usually my age group and people that want to invest in themselves, they’re willing to take the time to invest themselves.

Tiffany Powers: 18:25 They feel like they need a change in their body. They want to do something different. So it’s like they just feel that they want to and they’re committed to making a change.

Jonathan Bates: 18:32 Yeah. Because Einstein’s definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and over and expecting different results.

Tiffany Powers: 18:39 Exactly.

Jonathan Bates: 18:41 Super important. You gotta want it and then you were saying that a couple of things easier I think because the usually the hardest person to get on board with. Anything you want to do as your spouse or partner?

Tiffany Powers: 18:54 Well and I’ve tried to, you know, sometimes like I’ve helped you know like a husband and I’m trying to help them with Keto but his wife is like that’s not healthy, you shouldn’t do this. And that can be really hard because the husband’s having awesome results that his wife is kind of against them and then it kind of stops the results cause he starts getting worried and he’s like, I don’t know if I can do this anymore because my wife’s not approving of it.

Tiffany Powers: 19:17 So it’s good for both people at the on board

Jonathan Bates: 19:20 or at least get some education or if you have a section or chapter or something for it like and just be like, hey this is for your partner. Yes. There’s a difference between Keto acidosis and ketosis.

Tiffany Powers: 19:33 Yes, absolutely. Yeah. And I also, I do educate people and teach them about like, you know, monitoring their blood sugar and how to check. Like, you know, you can check your blood sugar, you can check your ketones and like those kinds of things. And yeah, absolutely. Yeah. And that’s another thing we’re going to work on for the school part is lots of videos, lots of educational stuff so that they have all that.

Jonathan Bates: 19:55 Yeah. So just since I brought up the Ketoacidosis, I’ll just, that’s where your body has produced so many more ketones that it needs and is a healthy ketone level of where your body, cause there are certain tissues in your body that just are, that run off of ketones. They perform excellently off of ketones. Ketoacidosis is way too much ketones. And it’s a more of a diabetic related problem than it is in oral versus from and there. But there’s a huge difference between healthy ketones, which you’re, you know, you’re, you’re teaching and then Keto acidosis is a medical condition that you have to actually, it doesn’t happen overnight.

Jonathan Bates: 20:41 They’re not the same thing.

Tiffany Powers: 20:43 No, no. Absolutely not. Yeah. We, I have people check their ketones to see where they’re at and check their levels and they send it to me. And I always have clients like meet with the doctor and make sure that, you know, if they’re not comfortable, like, you know, meet with the doctor, get it approved with the doctor, um, you know, go over it with them in a lot of times, you know, they’ll go to the doctor and they’ll get approval and then they’ll do the Keto with me coaching and then the, their health stuff. Like I have, I’ve had people’s diabetes totally resolved in like six weeks.

Jonathan Bates: 21:12 It’s very holistic.

Tiffany Powers: 21:17 Yes. Yeah. And I also again, work with, I have like the weight loss healing, so people need to work on their emotions or it’s like, why are you, you know, why were you addicted to sugar? Why are you emotional eating? Because sometimes, um, if you don’t resolve that, then it makes it hard to stay with what you’re doing.

Jonathan Bates: 21:33 Yeah. Without a doubt. I’m totally an emotional eater.

Tiffany Powers: 21:38 Let me do a healing session on you.

Jonathan Bates: 21:42 So let’s go back to the healing. The other business that you had and then what’s the ideal customer for, for that one ideal customer?

Tiffany Powers: 21:54 So my, my pure love and enjoyment is working with um, entrepreneurs, startups or people that already have a business going and it can be like a small business to a really big business or organization to cause I do work with organizations as well and help them.

Tiffany Powers: 22:12 Um, but basically people that are open minded spiritually and are also they and also they believe in themselves and they believe that they can create their own reality and they also are open to recognizing when there’s issues or problems and can communicate that. Um, that would be ideal. And then age group, I would say I’m usually working with people like in their forties, fifties sixties. That’s the age group I’m working with right now for that business.

Jonathan Bates: 22:43 Perfect. All right, so let’s move on to some obstacles, obstacles that you have going on right now. Okay. Biggest obstacles is the hardest part. Cause everyone never, never focuses on either scared then you’re not really moving on, but you know what, what is holding you back right now that needs to change?

Tiffany Powers: 23:09 What is holding me back? No. And I see for it makes them a healer. I always think about what I need to work.

Tiffany Powers: 23:15 I’m always like, okay, what do I need to work on now? What’s blocking my energy? Well, I think the biggest obstacle is, well, so between me and my fiance or my fiancee and I, we have four companies together. Um, so, and then he’s, you know, because he’s in a phase right now where they’re not like they’re in that point where it’s just about to get to that point where they can hire more people, you know? So just to that point, we were like pushing yourself to the limit of what you can do. It’s like he’s in that space with his companies. Um, so he hasn’t really gone over the bridge yet per se, but he’s almost there. So it’s like, you know, he’s going through that stress and then, um, you know, I’m in a situation to where, where I’m trying to really grow and I’m putting a lot of, I’m investing a lot of money back into my companies and even developing schools.

Tiffany Powers: 24:02 So I think, you know, an obstacle is, um, you know, staying positive and even for me like being optimistic when you know, when you’re, cause I’m taking a huge risk right now, you know, with both companies, by investing with money back in, um, you know, and just being positive and not being scared and not letting it like be like, oh my God, you know, what if something happens, but I’m just like, let’s just do it. You know? And I have to remind myself every single day that this feels right to me. It feels expansive. Um, the other obstacle is definitely scheduling everything and you know, it’s like I literally have to schedule shower 8:00 AM eat lunch one 30. I’m talked to Jon at, you know, blank or you know, and that can be hard because we’re all so, you know, not only three a four companies together, but it’s like we have these children together and just making sure they feel loved and adored, cared for, making times. So the schedule thing right now is a little bit crazy and we’re trying, but it’s an obstacle right now. Yeah.

Jonathan Bates: 25:07 I do the ideal work week. Not just work. We put your whole life thinking about it as a way of like a map to deviate from, you know, cause life happens. You have kids and a business and you can’t predict it. So as long as you have a plan though, you know you’re not in life slaps you. You’re not just standing there going, what happened? What do I do next? You can have something to hold onto and say, all right, this is today and this is what I need to do. So it brings you back faster from for many, no, no.

Tiffany Powers: 25:39 Yeah. And also to be when, um, you know, clients depend on me a lot for emotional support. Like if they’re going through something in their relationship or their business or their life. And that can be hard too. Cause I’m really soft hearted and I like want to be like, oh my God, yes, you know, let me help you.

Tiffany Powers: 25:56 Um, but then sometimes if I do that, it’s like, then I can’t do the things I have to do for the day. So, you know, having boundaries with myself as well where I’m, you know, not like, you know, I want to help everyone, but just be mindful that I can’t always do that. And sometimes it’s okay to put people like a day later or a couple of days later and things like that.

Jonathan Bates: 26:14 Yeah. Awesome. Thanks for sharing that. So who would you like to meet this year to help move me forward?

Tiffany Powers: 26:25 Gosh. Okay. So, um, one of the people I feel like I would love to meet or go to like a seminar would be Grant Cardone. And I really admire him. I’ve got, I’ve got some of his books on audible’s and I just, I listen to my free time and I admire him because he’s just, there’s just, there’s so many things. He’s just a straight shooter. He’s like, this is good, don’t do this. Um, I like this Louisiana accent and I really liked that too, but I just, I really admire him and I really enjoy listening to him. And, um, I, I feel like he’s someone that I really look up to like as a businessman and I really like how him and his wife are like bosses together. You know, I really saw, I would love to go to one of his seminars for sure.

Jonathan Bates: 27:12 Yeah. Well cool. Let me know.

Jonathan Bates: 27:16 I like to work with him and his team too.

Tiffany Powers: 27:25 Yeah, he was on Candice’s show and I saw that and uh, I just, I really like how he talks about his past and like he had an addiction issue and then, you know, he’s just, he’s like, I just started doing it. I just started, you know, it’s like selling cars, like, and I’m like, I just love that because it’s like I resonate with that so much. I literally started my business in my, I had my apartment costs $480 a month. It was about 15 minutes outside of Detroit. I started my business on a garage sale kitchen table and it all started. I was working at the hospital, um, originally I was going to be a nurse and I was a certified nursing assistant and my first clients were the nurses and the doctors that worked at the hospital and they would come over to my house at my $480 a month apartment. And I would sit there and I will work with them and I would work with healing and I would do all these things and they would send me their friends and I just, I really like people that start small and then they, you know, just start from nothing and they grow something. It’s really inspirational for me. So I, that’s why I really like listening to Grant talk and like, I love hearing him because it just, you really resonates a lot with me.

Jonathan Bates: 28:33 Yeah, He has a pretty dramatic story

Tiffany Powers: 28:36 Yeah. Oh yeah. And His dad passing away at. And for me too, I connect with them a lot because my grandmother, she was like my best friend and I started my business when she passed away for her or her originally.

Jonathan Bates: 28:48 Yeah. Um, sometimes, sometimes people don’t like what he says. He has a flamboyant style. But when he’s speaking, but when he teaches, it’s very down to earth. Very practical. And A, I love the way he breaks down and teaches things, uh, sales things, business things, all that stuff. Um, yeah. So what do you think would have to happen to make this the best year ever for you?

Tiffany Powers: 29:19 Well, what is going to happen?

Jonathan Bates: 29:21 I’m sorry. So whats going to happen this year?

Jonathan Bates: 29:29 Yes, Lets do business

Tiffany Powers: 29:30 so I am, I’m investing a lot of money into SEO right now, working with the teams. So I’m really excited for that too. Um, you know, just help my companies blow up. And I, I really, my goal is to launch the Keto school this year, um, launch where people can just download meal plans off of the Keto website. Um, make it really that part really accessible and affordable and then have more high end coaching and the training of everything. And I, I really want to, um, work with more companies. I want to work with more entrepreneurs. I want to help people make lots of money and be joyful and be happy. And you know, I think for me, when others are feeling happy and joyful or you know, for example, somebody, you know, a single mom, she decides to be a QB coach at changes for life. Like that’s going to make my year like that would make me happy. But for others, copier have an opportunity.

Jonathan Bates: 30:21 Awesome. That’s good stuff. Cool. So that, that when, when you, when does the next release date?

Tiffany Powers: 30:32 Gosh, we are, I don’t even know right now we are, we’re like, we’re like in the trenches, like working at each full thing. So we’re, I’m hoping it will be out. I would, I would like to say, I would say like about six months or I would, that’s kind of a stretch. Maybe like six months. I’m helping for faster. We can get it done. We’re working on hopefully before, hopefully before that. But yeah, I would, I really would. I really want to get that out there because I just, again, it’s like providing that opportunity for people, um, you know, to start something new and take a risk and be an entrepreneur and you know. Right. You know, and also help others like themselves and other people. I’m like, oh, I can’t wait to do it. So hopefully by December or faster.

Jonathan Bates: 31:15 All right. Awesome. Well then how can people find you and your, uh, your businesses?

Tiffany Powers: 31:20 So you can, if you look me up online to see power as you’ll just see a bunch of steps showing up. Um, I’m really active on social media, so Instagram, Keto coach, Tiffany, Tiffany Powers, healing, and then my two websites are Tiffanypowershealing.com and Ketodiet4you.com  like I said, easily find me. And I’m also very personable. So if you add me on Facebook or like messaged me on my business pages, I will speak to you or my assistant will, we’ll talk to you. So just, Oh, I always want people to reach out and I’d like to talk to people because I think that it’s important for us to have like a connection and to see if you know, are we a good fit for each other? Um, am I a good match for you for either thing. And I always want people to reach out and I do offer a 15 minute consultations for people, for both businesses.

Jonathan Bates: 32:09 Everyone in the group can see you in the group. They can private message you or anything like that.

Tiffany Powers: 32:15 Yes.

Jonathan Bates: 32:15 To do any of those things up right?

Tiffany Powers: 32:18 Absolutely. Yes. Absolutely. If you need help like with, um, things, Glam your life with your business or your relationship or you would like to change your lifestyle, you’re eating lifestyle, I can help with all those things for sure.

Jonathan Bates: 32:30 Yeah. And I know that the reason Candace,

Tiffany Powers: 32:35 yes, she was, she’s very sweet and she’s like, we need to get you some more exposure. And I’m so grateful that I was able to meet her and um, and yeah, and it’s just, it’s like you just get connected and everything just starts happening and I’m just so grateful to be in this group with, among all these amazing entrepreneurs because I look up to everyone and I’m always watching and learning and absorbing and I just admire, you know, what everyone is doing. It’s amazing.

Jonathan Bates: 33:02 Yeah. Is there anything else you want to say?

Tiffany Powers: 33:07 Nope. Nope. Just reach out. I would love even just to connect with you. Um, I think, cause I can always, you know, you never know when someone might, like one of my other clients might need to connect with you or things like that. So I just believe in being connected and just kind of saying, okay, Hey, I do this. It’s like, okay, then I can just keep that in the back of my mind because you never know when someone’s going to need something.

Jonathan Bates: 33:26 Yeah. 100% definitely make sure everybody knows who we are. Well we do, and then that way we can connect to anybody that comes together in our heads. That’s the most important thing for me. Okay. I might not be able to think of something right now, but when I’m doing something else that always pops in

Tiffany Powers: 33:44 and then you make those connections. It’s like I’ve done it for my clients, like connect them with this person, this person, and it’s like things just blow up for them and it’s like, just to see that as such a gift for me to see. So I just, I would like, I love just knowing what people do because if we can connect each other in different ways and help each other, that’s what it’s all about.

Jonathan Bates: 34:02 Yeah. Without a doubt. All right. Well, I appreciate your time. Thank you for sharing who you are and what you do and how we can get in touch with you. I’m excited. I can’t wait for everyone to meet you.

Tiffany Powers: 34:12 Yay. Me Too. Thank you so much.

Jonathan Bates: 34:14 All right. We’ll see you soon. Thanks Tiffany.
